Trying to get back into the swing of things. Got to the gym a little early to work on abs and stretching. Saw Leon for the first time in a while. He's doing well, working on running and considering St. Anthony's next year. I'm not happy about the prospects of chasing him on the swim. Keith put on an excellent spin class, as always. He brings a ton of emotion and some great music. I brought some game... but not much. Got the heart rate up to 174+ a couple times. Felt strong throughout but I can tell that I've lost some fitness. I didn't want to destroy myself tonight because I want to regain some of the consistency of working out each night in the week first. This is a bit of a comeback week. After the workout I stretched for a while. Not sure how long it takes to gain flexibility. I need to do some research. Overall, great workout. I feel so much better after a good cardio session.
